Lily and I made Gingersnaps several weeks ago and it was so much fun! This is one of the first times that she was actually really helpful and I think she really enjoyed it. She was really listening and following directions. She held the mixer and managed to keep it upright but it was so heavy for her and it didn't take long for her to say, "Mommy take it." She loved dumping in the ingredients and sitting on the counter is always fun for her. The cookies were a total success and Lily was a big helper. I'm definitely looking forward to more baking with her.
