4 eggs
1 c. oil
2 c. sugar (Could do half brown, half white)
1 can pumpkin
2 c. flour (I use half whole wheat, half white)
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. cloves
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
Mix eggs, oil, sugar and pumpkin together in a large bowl. Sift in remaining ingredients. Pour into greased 12x18x1-inch pan and bake for 25 minutes at 350 degrees.
Frosting:
1 6-oz pkg cream cheese
3/4 stick butter
1 T. cream or milk
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. powdered sugar
Beat cream cheese, vanilla, butter and milk together until soft. Add powdered sugar until correct consistency to spread.
