We missed the first day last week because of a very unfortunate case of pink eye. I couldn't believe it. What timing! She was so sad, and we were so sad for her.
Needless to say, she was ready to go yesterday! She was up and at 'em quite early and after she was breakfasted and dressed by ten after eight, she asked if we could leave!

Her preschool
Hanging up her backpack on her very own hook (the names below the hooks are the kids who come on the opposite days)I dropped her off at her classroom and she walked right in. Her teacher followed her in and I was just expected to leave. I didn't even get to kiss her good-bye! I managed to hold the tears in as I walked to the car. And when I walked back into the house without her it seemed so quiet. My constant companion for the past four years is spreading her wings and starting to fly.
When I picked her up she looked happy and tired. What a milestone day. My baby started preschool yesterday.

I feel your pain...well kinda...i get it from the other side :) know that if your daughter can leave you happily you have raised her very well :) Love and miss you lots :) big hugs from me to you :)
