Check it out!

My new blog is up! Whadaya think??? A HUGE thank you to Jackie at Memories by Design for creating this new look for me. I love it!

She was just so much fun to work with and made the whole process so easy-breezey! She listened to my likes and dislikes and was open to all my input. And I'm delighted with the outcome!

If you're considering a new look for your blog I can't recommend Jackie highly enough! She's a pleasure to work with and her prices are so reasonable.

I saw a Blue Jay today! On the way home from dropping Lily off at preschool he flew from the ground up into a tree. I don't really enjoy birds (and by "don't really enjoy" I mean not at all and they scare me a little), but he was a GORGEOUS bird! Wow.

Lily's 5th birthday is two months from today! Oh. My. Word. She had a princess theme last year, but is still very much into princesses and wants another princess party this year. =) I've actually already started working on it a little because I know that once Baby gets here we'll be adjusting to our new normal and things will be a little chaotic.

I think Taylor may be getting some teeth. He has had some reeeeeeeeeally crabby episodes/meltdowns in the last few days (uncharacteristic for him) and has been waking up even earlier than usual. The only thing we can figure is teeth.

My due date is six weeks from yesterday! 41 days from today! DO YOU BELIEVE IT? Am I the only one who thinks this pregnancy has gone super fast??? Good gravy. Of course I'm super excited to meet her. Daughter #2. I'm also a little freaked out about the idea of being a mother of three! THREE! When did this happen? How is it possible for me to have three kids? We're raising an actual family! We're not messin' around! Or we are - depending how you look at it. ;)

Softball starts on Monday. Andy is pretty excited. I'm cautiously excited about taking the kids to the games. I know they'll have fun, but I'm pretty sure I'll be exhausted. Taylor wants to be out on the field so bad and doesn't understand why he can't be. I think I'll be doing a lot of chasing. Lily just hopes that all of her daddy's games will be on the fields close to the playground so that she can play! =) I don't know how many games we'll get to after Baby arrives. We'll see...

I'm going to Illinois for my grandma's funeral. I just don't know for sure which day I'm leaving or which children I'm taking, if any. My dad is already down there and my mom will be riding with me. My sister and Bryan will be flying down on Saturday thanks to his airline connections! It sounds like it's going to be a HUGE family reunion as all seven of Adele's children and many of her 23 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren will be there. I'm excited to see these people and to celebrate the life of this lady that is so beloved to all of us.

All the cousins will be singing this song together at the service:

I hope it'll be beautiful.
