Disney on Ice!

Last night Lily and I saw Disney on Ice with her friend Nathan and his mommy Kara. IT WAS SO FUN! Lily did great sitting through the whole 2-hour show and afterward said to me, "Mom, can we come back to this show again some day?" Music to my ears! It was so much fun to watch her enjoy it.

The show included tons of Disney characters including Mickey, Minnie, Donald, Daisy, Goofy, Pluto, the Princesses and their Princes, Stitch, Chip and Dale, Aladdin and the Genie, Jiminy Cricket, etc.

They did little scenes from movies like Finding Nemo, Toy Story, Pinocchio, The Incredibles, Mulan, The Lion King, and Beauty and the Beast. They even did a version of "it's a small world" and that was Lily's favorite by a mile! When she saw them change the set to what the ride looks like at Disney she clasped her sweet little hands in front of her and exclaimed, "Small world!".

The highlights for me were the parts from Mulan and The Lion King. Beauty and the Beast was pretty good too. I also enjoyed paying $8 for a souvenir bucket of popcorn and $4 for a bottle of water!!! Good grief!

If the show ever comes to a city near you, you should do it! Having just returned from our amazing vacation to Disney World it was so much fun to see all those characters again. And it made me want to go back right now!

So, I took a couple videos with my camera. The quality isn't great at all, but you can get a little bit of an idea what we saw. I didn't get clips of some of my favorite parts because my camera battery was dying.
